This standard 8 Split Desktop Flange Dot Peen Rotary Marking Machine combines the tungsten carbide needle depth advantage of a "Dot Peen Marking Machine" with the powerful impact of a "Pneumatic Marking Machine," while using an independent Thorx-7 computer control cabinet to achieve remote graphic editing at the level of a Laser Marking Machine. You can move the marking workbench next to the production line, leaving the control cabinet in an air-conditioned room. A single 10-meter industrial Ethernet cable connects the machine, and on-site image changes are simply a matter of scanning the barcode. Efficiency is 30% higher than traditional integrated Pneumatic Marking Machines.

The basic configuration uses a manually tightened rotary clamp, which, with a reducer, easily drives flanges or valves weighing up to 50 kg.
