PVC Double Sided Zipper Puller Full Production

This compact production line is designed for making double-sided soft PVC (rubber) patches. It includes:

1 Set of Soft PVC Dispensing Machine – for injecting liquid PVC into the mold

1 Set of Automatic PVC Heating Oven – for heating and curing PVC layers

1 Pneumatic Compression Machine – for pressing and bonding two cured PVC layers together

1 Operator – enough to run the entire line efficiently

With this setup, manufacturers can easily produce double-mold PVC products such as:

USB case covers/Double-sided keychains/Double-sided zipper pullers

Any other two-layer PVC patch that requires front-and-back alignment

The line also supports single-sided PVC patches, making it flexible and suitable for small to medium-scale production.
