The complete PVC double-sided zipper puller production line consists of five major processes: Soft PVC dispensing, PVC oven curing, metal insert placement, molding press forming, and cooling/finishing.
This line covers the entire workflow from raw material to finished zipper pullers. It is stable, efficient, and suitable for bag factories, garment accessory factories, and promotional gift manufacturers.

Simple Process for Making PVC Double-Sided Zipper Pullers

1. Dispense liquid PVC into the aluminum mold according to the design.

2. Place the filled mold into the baking oven to cure and shape the PVC.

3. Place the metal zipper insert onto the cured PVC layer.

4. Align the front and back PVC parts and press them together in the molding machine.

5. Cool the product, trim excess edges, and the double-sided PVC zipper puller is finished.
