Product Description

Extruded board, full name of extruded polystyrene foam board, also known as XPS board. It is a board made of polystyrene resin and other additives through extrusion process, with a continuous and uniform surface layer and closed cell honeycomb structure.

We can produce extruded boards of different sizes and parameters according to customer requirements:

Thermal insulation

Due to its high heat resistance coefficient, few linear structures, and low expansion rate, as well as its peak pit structure with a closed cell rate of over 99%, a straight void layer is formed, effectively avoiding heat loss caused by air flow and achieving long-lasting and stable insulation effect. Extruded polystyrene board is currently the most effective building insulation material.

High compressive strength

Due to its unique internal structure, the board has extremely high compressive strength and impact resistance, with a compressive strength of over 700Kp. It can withstand ground loads from various systems and is widely used in various fields.

Waterproof performance

An important factor in measuring the insulation performance of insulation materials is their water absorption rate. Once the insulation material absorbs water, its insulation performance will weaken. At lower temperatures, water can easily freeze when it enters the material board, causing a structural change in the plastic board and a decrease in its resistance and insulation performance. The chemical molecular structure of the medium dry board itself does not absorb water and has a stable structure without gaps, so there will be no water leakage, infiltration, frosting, condensation or other situations like other materials.

1. 1. Are you trading company or manufacturer?
   A: We are 100% manufacturer in Jiangsu China. And our sales office and factory are together, we can personally check the sample and everything to make sure it's suitable for you. By the way, you are warmly welcome to visit our factory in anytime.
2. 2. Can you provide samples to check the quality?
   A: Sure, you can send referenced package photo to us, we will find similar sample and take photo&video for your check first. If you like it, we will send to you for free.
3. 3. How and when can I get a quote?
   A: Please kindly tell us your required type, material, size, design and quantity. After we have these details, we can offer you our best price within 12 hours or faster.
4. 4. What are your payment terms?
   A: 50% deposit before mass production and balance paid before goods loaded at factory. Bank Transfer, Western Union, Paypal and Ali pay are welcome.
5. 5. How will you deliver goods to me?
   A: If you don't have your own forwarder, we can find suitable one to check shipping fee with you. Worldwide shipping by sea or by air is ok.
