This 1500W enclosed precision laser cutting machine uses a Raycus or MAX 1500W air-cooled CW laser, enabling high-speed precision cutting and micro-hole processing on stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum materials up to 2mm thick. It excels at one-time forming of thin plates and metal foils under 1mm thick. Compared to common gantry-type large-format laser cutting machines, it boasts three key advantages:

1. All XYZ axes are equipped with high-acceleration servo motors, instead of traditional stepper motors. Combined with the control system's path optimization algorithm, cutting efficiency is increased by over 40% compared to comparable gantry machines;

2. Servo motor stopping accuracy reaches the micron level, allowing precision parts to be directly assembled without secondary polishing, truly achieving "cut and use";

3. The same laser source can be switched to Laser Marking Machine mode with a single click: QR codes, batch numbers, or logos are projected onto the part surface, achieving "cut first, mark later" in one stop, saving the time of transporting to a dedicated marking machine. If only shallow serial number engraving is required, an optional Pneumatic marking machine sub-shaft can be added. This utilizes micro-impact pins to create permanent marks with a depth of only 0.02mm on the cut edge, without damaging the surface coating, meeting traceability needs in various scenarios.

In short: This 1500W enclosed precision cutting machine = high-speed cutting machine + online Laser Marking Machine + optional Pneumatic marking machine, enabling precision machining of thin plates from "cutting" to "marking" in one go.
