I. Knurling Machine With Feeding Function

WORKING PRINCIPLE

Notching Process: A precision hob rolls a standard tooth pattern onto the inner surface of the aluminum profile's spacer insertion groove. This increases the contact area and friction between the profile and thermal break, enhancing lateral shear force.

Insertion Process: Utilizing two or more sets of hard feed rollers, the thermal break strip is accurately and smoothly inserted into the grooves of the toothed aluminum alloy profile.

Synchronized Control: Advanced models employ a CNC system to achieve precise synchronized control of tooth depth, insertion speed, and feed position, ensuring zero-offset insertion of the thermal break strip.

II.Rolling Press Machine

WORKING PRINCIPLE

Roll Compounding: Three sets (or more) of specially hardened rollers (each set comprising upper and lower rollers) apply uniform pressure to aluminum profiles with thermal breaks already inserted.

Interlocking Connection: The serrations within the aluminum profile grooves tightly engage with the thermal breaks, forming a mechanical locking structure that ensures compliance with lateral shear force requirements.

Straightening Function: The third set of rollers simultaneously straightens the profile during the rolling process, ensuring the finished profile's straightness and flatness deviation is ≤0.5mm/m.
