JH-240 Hexagon crimping machine with servo motor

JH-240 Servo Hex Crimping Machine is specifically designed for large-cross-section conductors (10–120 mm²). It performs hexagonal crimping on closed-end tubular terminals without the need for mold changes, delivering high precision and fast operation. Equipped with an industrial-grade control chip and high-precision servo drive, the machine features PLC intelligent control—simply input parameters with one click, and it automatically adjusts the cutter opening to easily handle non-standard or special crimping requirements. The crimping head can fully open, accommodating intermediate connections and large square terminals. It supports flexible position adjustment based on the actual wire diameter, ensuring a secure and reliable crimp. With a compact body that saves space and low-noise operation, it runs quietly with a power rating of only 2,300 W. The machine delivers a crimping force of 200 kN, a crimping width of 12.5 mm (customizable), and a maximum opening of 32 mm, making it suitable for various applications in power, new energy, rail transit, and other industrial fields.
