Three-in-one dehumidification and drying machine

The Niasi DDS large-scale Dehumidifying Dryer system is used in applications with high plastic consumption and low dew point requirements. It can process up to 8000 kg/h of PET raw material. The energy efficient dryer system mainly includes a honeycomb rotor dehumidifier with a maximum drying air volume of 8000 m³/h and an insulated drying hopper with a capacity of up to 10,000 L (effective weight of 8000 kg when loading PET). The final moisture content of the raw material processed by the rotor dehumidifier can reach below 0.004%.

The All In One Industrial Plastic Dehumidification Dryer is widely applicable to various plastic raw materials, particularly engineering plastics with strong moisture absorption properties, such as PA, PC, PBT, PET, and more. Depending on production requirements, it offers configurations with dual-stage conveying system (corresponding to one injection molding machine) or triple-stage conveying system (corresponding to two injection molding machines).
