Manufacturing Process

1. Based on samples, 2D/3D drawings, and technical specifications provided by the customer.

2. Confirm mold core/base, number of cavities, runner type, pricing, payment terms, etc.

3. Approval of the Proforma Invoice (PI) covering all agreed terms.

4. 50% deposit paid by T/T (bank transfer).

5. Product design review – our engineers will examine the product drawings and identify any unreasonable specifications or potential issues.

6. Our engineering team will prepare a DFM (Design for Manufacturability) report for the mold and send a PPT file to the customer for review.

7. After drawing approval, we will proceed with mold manufacturing.

8. Trial samples will be sent to the customer via DHL for confirmation.

9. The mold will be modified according to customer feedback.

10. After mold improvement, samples will be resent via DHL for approval until the product is fully approved.

11. The remaining 50% balance shall be paid by T/T before delivery.
