Main Structure of the Machine Tool

Foot of the bed:

The foot of the bed is a welded plate component, and it is equipped with a cooling liquid tank. The machine tool is installed on the machine base and the foundation, to bear the weight of the machine tool itself and the weight of the workpiece.

Saw stand:

The saw stand is the foundation of the sawing machine. It is made of high-quality steel plates and welded together. After welding, it undergoes aging treatment, which ensures sufficient rigidity.

Main and Passive Wheels:

The main and passive wheels are made of HT castings and are installed on the saw frame. The saw belt runs along with the main and passive wheels through friction, thereby achieving the purpose of cutting.

Saw band tensioning device:

The saw band operates by relying on friction, and the magnitude of the friction force is determined by the tension force of the saw band. When sawing larger workpieces, the cutting depth is greater, and the tension force should be greater; when the sawing surface is smaller, the tension force should be smaller. The tension force should not be too large or too small; if it is too large, it will affect the lifespan of the saw band; if it is too small, the friction force will be insufficient, affecting the sawing accuracy.

Hydraulic system:

The hydraulic system is the core of the horizontal hydraulic band saw machine. The clamping of the workpiece and the speed of the work feed are all accomplished by the hydraulic system. The hydraulic system of the band saw machine has a simple structure and is easy to operate.

Cooling device and cleaning:

Cooling is indispensable in sawing and can play a role in cooling and lubrication, as well as maintaining the quality of the workpiece.

Automatic clamping function:

The workbench clamping device and the feeding workbench clamping device are equipped with detachable hydraulic upper clamping cylinders, which can operate synchronously with the left and right clamping jaws, forming a three-directional clamping mechanism. The workpiece is completely clamped on the workbench without loosening, improving the stability of sawing. The three-directional clamping function enables the simultaneous cutting of multiple and multi-layer workpieces, significantly enhancing production efficiency.
