Tungsten powder includes SCTC (Spheroidal Cast Tungsten Carbide) and CTC (cast tungsten carbide). SCTC thermal spray powder is especially designed to be applied to create dendritic eutectic structure with high abrasive wear resistance, stable chemical properties with dark gray color.
Comparing with CTC (Cast Tungsten Carbide), SCTC has the same application area, applying to the strengthening and repair of wear-resistant surface for mining machinery, petroleum machinery, and agricultural machinery. However, thanks to the spheroidal particles, SCTC has better fluidity and wear resistance, higher mass density and better hardness. We have the raw tungsten carbides which can assure the stable quality.
