Rockwool Production Equipment

The rock wool production line is an automated integrated equipment system that processes natural rocks (such as basalt) or industrial waste residues (such as blast furnace slag) through high-temperature melting, fiberization, and molding/curing processes to produce rock wool products with thermal insulation, fireproofing, and sound-absorbing properties. The current mainstream process is the pendulum method, with an annual production capacity typically ranging from 30,000 to 60,000 tons. It can manufacture various products including rock wool boards, rock wool mats, and rock wool pipe insulation.
