Product positioning
Designed specifically for R&D and small-batch production in fields such as materials science, advanced ceramics, and biopharmaceuticals, it serves as the core compaction equipment in laboratories with its 300MPa ultra-high pressure, precise pressure control, and efficient workflow.
Core strengths
Ultra-high pressure and uniform compaction: Rated working pressure 300MPa (3000bar), ensuring the sample achieves extremely high and uniform green density, laying the foundation for subsequent sintering or processing.
Quick and efficient cycle shortening: Under no-load conditions, the pressurization time from 0 to 300 MPa is ≤2 minutes, combined with ≤1.5 minutes of frame moving-in/moving-out assistance time, significantly enhancing R&D experimental efficiency.
Precise, stable, and reliable data: pressure drop ≤2% after 30 minutes of pressure holding, with automatic pressure replenishment function supported for repeatable experimental results; the entire process of pressurization, pressure holding, and depressurization is programmable, supporting multi-level pauses.
Smart and Convenient Operation: Equipped with Siemens S7-200smart PLC and KUNLUN TPC7062Ti touch screen, the human-machine interface is intuitive and meets complex process requirements.
Comprehensive Safety Protection: Equipped with mechanical safety bursting valves, emergency manual pressure relief valves, electric overpressure protection, and emergency stop buttons, ensuring full safety for personnel and equipment.
Design and Manufacturing Standards
The design and manufacturing strictly comply with the JB/T 7348-2005 standard "Cold Isostatic Press with Wire Winding.".
The core pressure-bearing components (core tube, columns, upper and lower plugs, etc.) are made of high-quality alloy forgings such as 34CrNi3MoV, 35CrMo, and 42CrMo, accompanied by a complete set of material, inspection, and heat treatment reports.
The ultra-high-pressure pipeline is made of aviation-grade thick-walled seamless steel pipes conforming to the GJB 2608A-2008 specification, meeting the safety requirements for ultra-high-pressure pressure vessels as stipulated in TSG R0002-2005.
Typical Application Areas
Advanced ceramics (alumina, zirconia, etc.) R&D and trial production, high-performance hard alloy green body pressing, NdFeB/SmCo permanent magnet pre-pressing, high-purity graphite and refractory metal densification, cold pressing of drug sustained-release carriers, and new material development in universities and research institutes.
