Production Process Substrate: Steel (usually cold-rolled or hot-rolled steel) as raw material. Zinc Plating: Applying a layer of zinc to prevent rusting. Coil Coating: Galvanized, aluminized zinc, zinc-aluminum-magnesium, aluminum-zinc-magnesium, aluminum sheet, stainless steel coils, and other metal materials undergo cleaning, chemical treatment, primer application, and topcoat application in a continuous automated process. Curing: Baking and cooling in an oven to cure the paint layer.
