The air compressor model SAD110 (110KW 150HP) is one of our twin-stage compression units.

To ensure that you can use it with greater confidence, the core combination is HANBELL host and HUICHUAN inverter.This two-stage air compressor also distinguishes itself from other machines in terms of the main unit's appearance. The main unit is typically divided into two sections: a low-pressure stage and a high-pressure stage that are interconnected, connected by an intermediate cooler pipeline.

Working Principle of Two-stage Airend

Single-stage compressors compress air to target pressure in one step, leading to high compression ratio, excessive heat and serious air leakage, resulting in high power loss.

The HANBELL two-stage airend adopts low-pressure stage and high-pressure stage double rotors.

By splitting the compression ratio and cooling air between two stages, air leakage is greatly reduced, compression heat loss is cut down, so volumetric efficiency is improved and power consumption drops significantly. Lower operating temperature also reduces wear on rotors and bearings and extends the service life of the whole airend.
