Cocamidopropyl PG-dimonium chloride phosphate is a cationic surfactant. It is derived from coconut oil and thus has mildness. It carries a cationic charge and can adsorb the negatively charged keratin on the surface of hair, forming a mild moisture barrier on the surface, reducing irritation, and providing a soft, anti-static and smooth feeling. It also has certain foaming and auxiliary cleaning capabilities at the same time.
