The Tewei fully automatic flange welding machine is specially designed for lamp pole flange welding! The core

power source adopts either the Japanese Fanuc welding robot or a cost-effective domestic robot, combined

with the industry-recognized Meggerit welding power supply. The weld seams are aesthetically pleasing and

have reliable strength. The equipment innovatively integrates the automatic assembly and welding functions

of the reinforcement plate, simultaneously covering the welding operations of the inner and outer rings of the

flange, achieving "assembly - welding" integrated processing. This not only reduces the secondary transportation

of the rods between processes, lowers the production auxiliary time, but also avoids problems such as surface

scratches and deformation of the rods during transportation. The operation design is user-friendly. Workers only

need to complete the loading, unloading and parameter confirmation, and can easily control the operation of

the entire machine, significantly improving the production efficiency of the workshop.
