The servo chain puller and PLC operation screen make the equipment operation more convenient and the positioning more accurate.

The aluminum alloy chain track (surface hardened) with positioning chain and self-contained water hole circulation is designed to achieve higher precision and longer service life of the chain track. 

There are 98 heating tiles on the upper and lower parts, with 48 heating zones controlled by a temperature module. The temperature can be directly input on the operation screen, making it convenient to adjust. This also ensures that the product is formed more precisely and the equipment is more energy-efficient. 

With a punching station, it can meet the requirements of various products and various functions, equivalent to a small four-position machine.

Hardware knife cutting blade, ensuring that the cutting part of the product is free of burrs and does not cause cuts to the hand. Suitable for high-end products. Longer service life.

Independent feeding rack, automatic feeding, continuous material collection without stopping the machine operation

The conveyor belt has been lengthened by 2 meters. It can be adjusted to control the number of stacked products, making the collection of products more convenient and effortless.
