How to Use
1.Pour Part A and Part B into a clean container at a weight ratio of 1:1, stir at high speed with an electric mixer for 3 minutes (rotational speed 200300r/min) to ensure uniform mixing
2.Vacuum defoaming for 35 minutes until no bubbles protrude on the material surface Extend the defoaming time appropriately if the viscosity is high
3.Slowly pour along the edge of the mold frame to avoid texture deformation caused by impacting the prototype For complex structures, pouring can be done in multiple times
4.Cure at room temperature for 56 hours, or heat cure at 100150℃ for 1530 minutes After hightemperature curing, it is recommended to cool naturally to room temperature before demolding
5.Trim the mold edges as needed after demolding, and it can be put into hightemperature working condition production
