As a high-performance automatic glue dispensing machine, it supports dispensing dots, lines, circles, arcs, and complex paths with positioning accuracy up to ±0.02 mm and dispensing frequency reaching 5 cycles per second.
Flexible Process Configuration for Different Adhesives
Every adhesive behaves differently, so the machine is built to work with almost every common industrial glue. It supports UV adhesive, epoxy AB glue, silicone, silver paste, red glue, white latex, sealants, instant adhesive, conductive adhesive, and many other fluid materials. Different dispensing valves can be selected according to glue viscosity, allowing one platform to cover multiple production processes.
The Multi-Glue Precision Dispensing Systems design also offers a wide range of optional modules. Users can add automatic needle calibration, valve heating, laser height measurement, glue weighing, residue cleaning, and non-contact dispensing whenever production requires it. The Laser Height Measurement Dispensing Equipment automatically measures height differences across multiple points before dispensing, ensuring stable glue thickness even on uneven products. Dual-valve configurations are also available for synchronous or independent dispensing, allowing two different adhesives or two separate processes to run on the same glue dispensing machine while improving production efficiency.
Smart Inspection Keeps Every Dispensing Result Consistent
Dispensing is only one part of product quality. Confirming that every glue bead is correct is just as important. That's why this machine can be equipped with AOI inspection software that automatically checks dispensing results, identifies abnormal products, and classifies defects without relying on manual inspection. If glue weight changes unexpectedly, the optional weighing module detects the issue immediately, helping engineers correct the process before defective products continue down the line.
The Dual Valve AOI Visual Dispensing Robot combines precision dispensing, intelligent inspection, and flexible customization into one integrated platform.
