Equipment Overview

This unit is designed for high-speed packaging lines, achieving fully automatic tightening operations for circular caps (including standard caps and spray caps). The whole machine adopts a modular steel structure, integrating cap arrangement, bottle feeding, grasping, sealing and output modules. It is suitable for various containers with bottle heights ranging from 80 to 300mm and bottle widths from 25 to 150mm, and can be directly connected to the filling line to achieve continuous production.
