Round Steel Pipe Single Span Greenhouse
A single-unit arched greenhouse is a simple and easy-to-use protected cultivation facility. It can make full use of sunlight and has a certain degree of heat preservation. It mainly serves to advance spring cultivation and delay autumn cultivation, and can also be used for protection against wind and hail in summer and autumn. Additionally, replacing the shade netting in summer can provide shading and cooling inside the greenhouse.
The arched ground-inserted greenhouse has the following standard dimensions: 8 meters wide, 30 meters long, 1.8 meters shoulder height, and 3 meters top height. The arch supports are made of φ25×2mm hot-dip galvanized pipe, with a spacing of 1.0 meter, and are inserted into the soil at least 0.4 meters deep. The material is hot-dip galvanized steel, with three longitudinal tie rods to enhance wind and pressure resistance; four longitudinal film-pressing grooves (two on each side) are designed. The skirt film is 40cm high, fixed at the top with the film-pressing grooves, and buried in the soil at the bottom to enhance wind resistance and sealing; the second layer is installed 140cm above the ground, with the rolled film overlapping the skirt film by 30cm. Six vertical poles are installed at each end; a film-pressing rope is installed between every two arched poles to increase wind resistance, and windbreaks are installed at the four corners of the greenhouse to increase stability. Each ground-inserted green house has one double-sided sliding door on each end face, with door dimensions of 1.8×1.4m, for a total of two doors per greenhouse. Specifications may vary depending on geographical location.
As the most basic and widely used independent greenhouse type, its core structure consists of a steel pipe frame and greenhouse film. The span can be customized from 3 to 8 meters, and the length is flexible to adapt to the size of the plot. No complex foundation treatment is required; simple hardening or pre-embedded parts are sufficient for construction. It is mainly used for open-air protective cultivation of fruits, vegetables, and flowers, effectively blocking wind, rain, low temperatures, and pests from attacking crops, and meeting basic temperature and humidity control requirements. The product boasts significant advantages, with construction costs only one-third that of multi-span greenhouses. Installation takes a mere 3-7 days, requiring only a single person for easy setup. Post-construction maintenance involves only periodic checks of the film's integrity and the frame's corrosion. It's suitable for various scenarios, including small-scale farming, small experimental fields, and backyard planting. Whether for frost protection in northern springs, rain protection in southern summers, or year-round cultivation of basic crops, it offers flexible adaptability, making it the ideal choice for beginners in agriculture.
The main frame utilizes hot-dip galvanized round steel pipes with a diameter of 20-32mm, bent and welded into shape. The arch spacing is 1.5-2 meters, and the column height is 2.5-3 meters. The overall structure conforms to mechanical design principles, evenly distributing wind and snow loads, and can withstand winds up to level 8 and moderate snowfall. The greenhouse film uses PO film with a light transmittance of over 85%, secured with slots and spring clips, ensuring excellent sealing performance. Combined with a side-roll ventilation system, the ventilation volume inside the greenhouse can be flexibly adjusted. Primarily used to support greenhouse films, shade nets, and insulation blankets, creating a stable growing space for crops. Suitable for large-scale cultivation of various crops such as vegetables, flowers, and seedlings. The product's advantages include corrosion and aging resistance of the hot-dip galvanized pipes, a service life of 8-10 years, moderate procurement costs, strong market adaptability, easy procurement and replacement of parts, and low maintenance costs. Whether for large-scale open-field planting bases or small agricultural cooperatives, spans and lengths can be customized to meet specific needs, making it highly practical.
Advantages: Low construction cost, short installation period, simple maintenance, and flexible layout adjustment according to planting requirements.
