- 1. Two imported high-speed, high-temperature-resistant large fans are installed above the heating chamber.
- 2. Equipped with our factory's high-efficiency, long-life elliptical U-shaped side-insertion metal far-infrared heating tubes. Features an automatic temperature control circuit comprising Japanese “Mitsubishi” or “Fuji” AC contactors and a domestic smart digital display temperature controller. Powered by 380V three-phase four-wire supply, with maximum temperature ≤200°C and power ≥18KW.
- 3. Utilizes a high-efficiency drive motor paired with a Taiwanese “Shilin” variable frequency drive, enabling adjustable speed from 0-15m/min. Maximum conveying weight: ≤70Kg.
- 4. Employing a national standard 5-inch chain to drive φ14mm shaft branches, encased in stainless steel tubing. A stationary φ60 roller is installed at the inlet.
