This is our smallest injector. 2 point. 57mm long. Handles 0.05 to 0.25 tons of water per hour.
It works the same way as our big ones. Water goes through a narrow throat. Speed picks up. Creates a vacuum. Vacuum pulls ozone into the water. No moving parts. Nothing to break.
PVDF plastic. Ozone eats through metal and regular plastic over time. PVDF does not. That is why we use it.

How to put it in
Step one. Mount it. Horizontal or vertical. Follow the arrow.
Step two. Hook up water to the 1/4 inch inlet.
Step three. Connect your ozone generator to the 4mm barb. Put a check valve on that line. Otherwise water backs up and kills your generator.
Step four. Run the outlet to your tank or pipe.
Step five. Check pressure. For liquid mixing, 0.3 to 0.6 MPa works well. For gas mixing, 0.12 to 0.18 MPa.

Taking care of it
These Ozone System Parts do not need much.
Once a month. Look at the suction port. See any junk? Clean it out.
Every three months. Check the vacuum with a gauge. Still pulling hard? Good.
Every six months. If flow feels weak, soak the whole thing in mild acid. Citric acid works. Vinegar works. Rinse with water. Do not scrape inside.
Once a year. Still working fine? Keep using it. Performance dropped? Replace it.
Problems and fixes
Low ozone suction. Water pressure too low. Turn up the pump. Or throat is dirty. Soak it.
No suction at all. Throat is completely blocked. Or injector is backward. Check the arrow.
Water going back to ozone generator. No check valve. Or check valve failed. Put one in. Replace it if bad.
Pressure drop too high. You are pushing too much water through a small injector. Get a bigger size.
