UV resistanceWe adopt the Omi Machine WUN to simulate natural solar ultraviolet radiation and create a controllable climate environment for Synthetic turf products. After a fixed test cycle, we inspect and test the color stability and physical properties of Artificial grass. Our products have passed strict anti-aging tests, with 5,000 hours of UVA irradiation and 3,000 hours of UVB irradiation, fully complying with international industry standards.
Yarn Pull-off Strength TestYarn pull-off strength means the maximum tension required to pull grass yarns out from the adhesive backing. For Sports artificial turf, high yarn pull-off strength is essential to prevent yarn falling off or breaking during high-intensity exercise.
Return bounce performanceVibration absorption indicates the ground reaction force when athletes move on Artificial turf. Three bottom bonding options are available for soccer Artificial grass: recyclable adhesive-free PTR technology, styrene butadiene rubber adhesive and PU adhesive. Among them, PU adhesive features glossy surface, stable performance and longer service life.

Soccer turf single-strand grass height: 50 mm, requires filling with quartz sand and eco-friendly rubber granules. Straight/curved strand grass height: 25 mm, does not require filling.
