Step 5: Manually deburr and chamfer the processed connecting arm, and gently remove the aluminum scratches and oil stains by ultrasonic cleaning to clean the surface.
Step 6：First, use 120# sandblasting to evenly powder, remove knife marks and form a delicate matte texture, to improve the adhesion of the oxide layer; The orange anodizing is then carried out to produce a dense protective film made of aluminum oxide, which enhances the wear resistance, greatly improves corrosion resistance and radiation resistance and effectively extends service life.
