The lifting-type steel coil bundling machine is an industrial equipment specifically designed for the automated circumferential bundling of steel coils. Its core lies in precisely controlling the height of the steel coil through the lifting platform, and in combination with the rotating roller track, achieving efficient and uniform circumferential bundling.

The key structures and compositions the lifting strapping machine

1. Lifting and down mechanism: Driven by hydraulic pump station or electric motor, the strapping machine head will be lifted or lowered to the certain height for convenient strapping operation.

2. Steel coil rotation device: A group of rollers, which will bring the steel coils to rotate during strapping process.

3. Circumferential or radial strapping machine.

4. Belt guide mechanism: Lead the steel belt surround steel coil and form a close-loop after strapping.

5. Electric/hydraulic/pneumatic control system: For controling and driving the entire equipment to operate.

The working process

1. Feeding and positioning: The steel coils are conveyed to the bundling station via the conveyor belt or the step frame.

2. Lifting and centering: The lifting device raises the steel coil to the appropriate height so that the banding machine head can operate around the centerline of the steel coil.

3. Tightly press and belt leading: The pressing device secures the steel coil, and the tying strap is guided to wrap around the steel coil completely.

4. Strapping and tightly lock: The machine head performs the action of tightening both ends of the binding tape, locking the fasteners (such as by welding or pressing), and cutting off the excess tape.

5. Rotate and repeat: The steel coil rotates to a preset angle, and the process is repeated. Bundles are evenly made along the circumference (such as 4 or 6 layers).

6. Unloading: After completing all the bundling, the lifting platform descends and the steel coils are transported to the next process.
