Classical Swine Fever Vaccine, Live (Tissue Culture Origin)

This Live Vaccine is professional Veterinary Medicine for livestock Injection. It effectively prevents classical swine fever and builds long-term stable immunity for pigs at different growth stages.

COMPOSITION:

This product contains the attenuated classical swine fever virus strain (CVCC AV1412).

Each head dose contains at least 750 rabbit infectious doses.

PROPERTIES:

Sponge - like loose mass, easy to separate from the bottle wall, and rapidly dissolves after adding diluent.

INDICATION：

It is used to prevent classical swine fever. Immunity is produced 4 days after vaccination.

For piglets without maternal antibody after weaning, the immune period is 12 months.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

Intramuscular or subcutaneous injection.

Dilute according to the head dose marked on the bottle with physiological saline to 1 head dose/ml, 1.0 mL per head.

In areas without classical swine fever epidemic, piglets without maternal antibody after weaning need to be vaccinated once.

When there is a threat of epidemic, piglets can be vaccinated once at about 21 - 30 days of age and 65 days of age respectively.

Piglets before weaning can be vaccinated with 4 head doses of vaccine to prevent the decrease of immune effect caused by

the interference of maternal antibody.

PRECAUTION

1.It should be transported under cold conditions below 8°C.

2.After the using unit receives the cold - chain vaccine, if the storage environment is above 8°C and below 25°C,

it shall be used within 10 days from the time of receiving the vaccine.

3.Local disinfection should be carried out during vaccination.

4.Observation should be made after vaccination. If an allergic reaction occurs, adrenalin should be injected in time for treatment.

5.After dilution, if the air temperature is below 15°C, it should be used within 6 hours; if the air temperature is between 15 - 27°C, it should be used within 3 hours.

6.Used vaccine bottles, appliances and unused vaccines should be treated harmlessly.
