The Core Working Principles of the Robotic Strapping Machine
1. Material detection and positioning: When the material reaches the designated area along the conveyor belt, the sensor will automatically detect its presence and send the position and status information to the robot controller to ensure precise positioning during grasping.
2. Gripping and handling: The controller, based on the preset program, plans an optimal "gate" shaped path (to avoid collisions) and drives the robotic arm to move along this path. The end effector of the robotic arm (such as suction cups, grippers, etc.) will firmly grip and handle the materials according to their characteristics.
3. Precise Palletizing: The robotic arm places the materials precisely at the pre-set positions on the pallet. The complex algorithms built into the robot can optimize the stacking method and sequence of each layer of materials, forming a stable and efficient stack.
4. The cycle repeats: After completing one placement, the robot automatically resets and repeats the above cycle, achieving continuous automated operation.
The entire process is accomplished through the joint efforts of advanced control systems and motion planning algorithms. Some high-end models can operate at a working frequency of up to 1,280 times per hour, ensuring high-speed and stable operational efficiency.
The robotic stacking machine in the vedio is articulated type, it simulates human's arm, consisting multiple rotation arthrosises(usually have 4 axises and 6 axises). It's very flexible, suitable for large scale work and complicated stacking as well as stations layout. Its control system is usually more complicated than other types, so need higher programming technology.
