Birthday Wishes in Your Voice Recording Card lets the sender add a personal spoken message to a flat birthday card. The current artwork uses a clean white background with pastel blue, black and gold details. A hand-drawn birthday cake appears on the front, while the inside features party banners, candles and the message “Make a Wish.” The light, modern illustration style is suitable for children, friends, family members and general birthday collections.

The recording function is simple: press and hold the recording button while speaking, then release the button to finish. When the recipient opens the card, the recorded message plays automatically. If the sender wants to change the message, the audio can be recorded again using the same button, and the latest recording replaces the previous one. This makes the product a recordable birthday card that can carry a real voice message instead of using only printed wording or a fixed birthday song.

Customization Options

LOGO customization includes printing the buyer’s logo on the card back, envelope, barcode label, sticker or individual packaging. CONTENT covers the front greeting, inside message, language and printed recording instructions. DESIGN includes the birthday cake, colour palette, party decorations, typography and complete card artwork.The recording length, button position, playback volume, finished size, envelope and packaging can also be adjusted according to the project. The words “Press to Record” may be replaced with another language or a custom instruction icon. Buyers can therefore adapt the design into a custom recording card for different age groups, licensed artwork, brand campaigns or specific recipients.

Card Size, Module Position and Packaging

The card remains flat because it does not contain a pop-up paper structure. Space is reserved between the paper layers for the recording module, speaker, battery, opening switch and recording button. These components must remain concealed while keeping the card easy to open and close. The location of the recording button also needs to match the printed instruction so that the sender can identify it quickly.

Standard packaging can include one card with one matching envelope in an individual OPP bag. Printed sleeves, paper boxes, barcode labels, instruction inserts and warning labels are available for wholesale orders. The final packaging is confirmed after the recording sample has been tested.

Electronic Functions for Different Card Projects

This card uses a re-recordable voice module with a recording button and opening-activated playback. Other projects may require different functions, such as fixed music playback, press-button sound, LED lighting, blow sensing or a combination of sound and light. The appropriate module is selected according to the required function, audio length, card size and operating method.

The module image is used to show the range of electronic functions available from our factory. It does not mean that every function is included in this particular sound greeting card. For this design, the confirmed functions are button recording, automatic playback when opened and repeatable recording.

Electronic Card Assembly and Functional Testing

Before assembly, the recording module is prepared with the required recording length, volume and operating sequence. The button, speaker and opening switch are positioned according to the approved artwork and card dimensions. After the paper layers and electronic parts are assembled, each card is checked to confirm that the button records correctly, releasing the button ends the recording, and opening the card plays the latest recorded message.

The card is also tested after repeated recording to make sure that the previous message is replaced correctly. Speaker clarity, opening activation, battery connection and card closing performance are checked before the finished electronic birthday card is packed.
