Semi-enclosed 3 in 1 MOPA Fiber Lasers Marking Machine for Three Sides Marking & Ablation

 

This semi-enclosed laptop magnesium-aluminum alloy casing 3-in-1 Custorized Laser Marking Machine is for a client who manufactures magnesium-aluminum alloy laptop casings for multiple laptop manufacturers. To prevent rust and fingerprints, these casings undergo anodizing. This particular machine is specifically designed for the C-side of the laptop casing. The power, HDMI, and USB ports on both sides need to be labeled, and the anodized layer on the display cable at the top of the C-side needs to be stripped to restore conductivity. For removing the anodized layer, we used a GZTech high-peak MOPA laser with a peak power exceeding 80kW and an average power of 20W, achieving a minimum pulse width of 0.2ns, paired with a Justscan patented galvanometer with a scanning speed exceeding 25000mm/s. For marking on the sides, we used a more common 30W JPT M7 MOPA laser. Customers can achieve highly consistent three-sided synchronous processing by using tooling after debugging the templates separately. The machine automatically counts and returns the results to the MES via API. It can also achieve 24/7 uninterrupted continuous operation by loading and unloading with robotic arms. This Custorized Laser Marking Machine enables the conductivity and traceability of the laptop casing to be completed in a closed loop within a single MOPA Fiber Lasers Marking Machine.
