SUN CBAG-LKN Standard Counterbalance Valve

CBAG-LKN is a 3-port non-leak pilot operated counterbalance valve produced by SUN Hydraulics. It is designed to avoid load runaway and over-speed movement, also known as load holding valve or back pressure valve.

2. Working Principle

- Downward load movement: Pilot pressure at port 3 reduces cracking pressure of main valve, releasing load steadily and preventing overspeed runaway.

- Upward load lifting: Free flow passes through check valve from port 2 to port 1 with low pressure drop.

- Sealing feature: Back pressure at port 2 superimposes on preset pressure, external leakage free design.
