3. Clean the preheated glue pot regularly to keep the glue pot clean.

4. Avoid contamination of boards and edge banding materials.

5. The moisture content of wood should be around 8%-10%.

6. The amount of glue in the glue pot should be controlled appropriately. If too much glue is added, the colloid will melt in turn, which will cause it to deteriorate and age, reduce viscosity, and affect adhesion.
