3. Structure & Working Principle
Adopts internal gear design with driving external gear and driven internal gear, separated by a crescent seal. No trapped oil phenomenon, featuring low flow pulsation and low noise.
Equipped with axial and radial clearance automatic compensation, which minimizes leakage and maintains high efficiency even under high pressure, especially for low-viscosity hydraulic oil.
The pinion shaft is supported by fluid-lubricated plain bearings, and the internal gear uses static bearing support for long service life.
