Product Overview
A strong corrugated packing box for house moves, long-term storage and shipping. When people damage their belongings in a move, the box is usually the reason: it was too big for the weight, the bottom gave out, or it got stacked under something heavy. We build these cartons with reinforced bottom construction and offer double wall board for the heavy rooms of the house.

How to Size a Moving Box Properly
The mistake is going big. A large carton filled with books weighs over 30 kg, which nobody can lift safely and which will fail at the seam. Match the box size to the density of the contents, not to the volume of the room.
- Dense and heavy (books, tools, crockery): use the smallest box that fits.
- Medium weight (kitchenware, toys, electronics): medium carton, single wall.
- Light and bulky (bedding, cushions, coats): large carton, single wall is fine.
- Fragile or high value: double wall plus internal cushioning.
Protecting What Goes Inside
Fragile items need a cushioning layer between the product and the board. Most removals and storage operators use Bubble Wrap for glassware and ceramics, then seal with Packing / Carton Sealing Tape in a proper H-seal over both the centre seam and the two end seams. For palletised storage, Pallet and stretch wrap keep the stack stable.
