The Threaded Sintered  Mesh Stainless Steel Filter Cartridge is designed for high-temperature gas filtration, dust removal, and industrial breathing applications. Constructed from 304/316L stainless steel sintered mesh, it provides excellent mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, and heat resistance.
With its external threaded connection, this filter element is easy to install and replace in equipment such as breathers, loaders, vacuum systems, and dust collectors. The sintered multi-layer mesh ensures uniform pore distribution, high dirt-holding capacity, and precise filtration accuracy, typically ranging from 0.5 μm to 100 μm.

This filter cartridge is highly suitable for gas-solid separation, dust collection, and high-temperature gas purification. It can
withstand temperatures up to 350°C (662°F) and operating pressures up to 2.0 MPa (≈290 psi), making it ideal for harsh industrial environments.
It is washable and reusable, significantly reducing maintenance costs while maintaining stable performance.
