(IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001 certified) presents the Coin Cell Holder for CR1220, a precision surface-mount or through-hole retainer designed for 12.5mm diameter × 2.0mm thickness lithium coin cells (CR1220). The holder features a high-temperature LCP or PBT housing (UL94 V-0) with a low profile of just 2.5mm above PCB, enabling ultra-compact designs. Contacts are stamped from nickel-plated phosphor bronze or beryllium copper, with optional selective gold plating for low contact resistance (<25mΩ). Key specifications: current rating 1mA–10mA (ideal for memory backup), operating temperature -40°C to +85°C, retention force 40–60g. The holder includes polarity key and audible snap-fit retention. RoHS, REACH compliant, UL recognized (E472792).

Applications include real-time clock (RTC) backup, IoT sensors, medical devices, smart meters, key fobs, and wearable electronics. Usage: solder SMT pads or through-hole pins via reflow/wave soldering (260°C peak). Insert CR1220 cell positive side up; the retaining clip locks with a click. To remove, use a plastic pry tool. Precautions: do not exceed 10mA continuous, avoid reverse polarity, ensure proper PCB land pattern.
