The housing is molded from UL94 V-0 rated high‑temperature PBT or nylon 66, featuring polarization ribs and a secure locking ramp. Contacts are stamped from phosphor bronze with selective tin or gold plating, rated up to 7A per circuit. Key specifications: contact resistance <20mΩ, insulation resistance >1000MΩ, dielectric strength 1500V AC, operating temperature -40°C to +105°C. The 90° orientation allows low‑profile edge mounting, saving PCB space. Available in 2 to 15 circuits. RoHS, REACH compliant, UL recognized (E472792).

Applications include power distribution boards, LED lighting modules, battery management systems, industrial controls, and household appliances. Usage: solder the through‑hole pins to the PCB using wave or reflow soldering (260°C peak). Mate with a corresponding 5.70mm straight wafer header; the latch provides audible lock confirmation. Precautions: do not exceed 7A per circuit, ensure correct mating alignment, avoid reverse polarity.
