① Pull the side net outward to unlock the folding storage box; wait for the bottom spring to click into the slot and secure it, fully locking the entire unit in place.  

② Sort goods by weight: place heavy and bulky items on the lower grid surface, and smaller packaged goods on the upper level, ensuring the center of gravity of the double-tiered storage cart remains centered.  

③ Hold the vertical frame handles firmly and push the cart steadily to transport goods to designated storage or loading/unloading locations.  

④ After completing daily operations, empty all contents from the cart, release the spring latch, and fold the cage upright against the wall for storage. 

 

  Never load weight exceeding the rated capacity of the grid-type transfer trolley to prevent frame bending and wheel damage. Wrap goods with sharp edges to avoid scratching the powder-coated anti-rust surface. Do not push the trolley at high speed on uneven ground to prevent cargo from falling over the side rails.   Our logistics cage production process consists of eight main steps: incoming raw material quality inspection → wire straightening and cutting → automatic mesh welding and shaping → pipe bending and frame spot welding → overall grinding and deburring → phosphating, rust removal, and high-temperature electrostatic powder coating curing → castor and spring assembly → final load-bearing testing, packaging, and shipment. 

 

1. Raw Material Inspection: Source high-quality steel from reputable manufacturers, conduct spot checks on wire diameter and tensile strength, and reject any substandard materials.  

2. Welding and Shaping: Use CNC fully automatic welding machines to spot-weld the mesh onto the frame, strictly ensuring dense welds with no missed or weak joints.  

3. Surface Treatment: First phosphating to remove iron oxide and rust, then baking at 180°C to cure a yellow coating, enhancing paint adhesion.  

4. Final Product Testing: Randomly sample products for static load-bearing and repeated folding fatigue tests; only those passing inspection are packed and shipped.
