This precision connector features a 2.00mm pitch, dual row design, and a reversed 90° angle where the pin exit direction is opposite to standard right-angle headers. The insulator is molded from high-temperature UL94 V-0 PBT or nylon 6/6, ensuring dimensional stability through reflow soldering. Contacts are stamped from phosphor bronze with selective gold or tin plating. Key specifications: current rating 2A per pin, contact resistance <20mΩ, insulation resistance >1000MΩ, dielectric strength 500V AC, operating temperature -40°C to +105°C. RoHS, REACH, UL (E472792) compliant.

Applications include space-constrained PCBs in medical devices, industrial controls, communication equipment, and automotive electronics where reverse angle mating optimizes cable routing. Usage: solder the through-hole pins using wave or hand soldering (260°C peak). The reversed angle allows mating connectors to approach from the non-component side, simplifying assembly in multi-board systems. Precautions: do not exceed 2A per pin, verify orientation before soldering, avoid over-torque during mating. Advantages over competitors: Antenk’s unique reversed geometry eliminates costly custom cable bends, improving reliability and reducing assembly time.
