This high density IDC receptacle is designed for 1.27mm pitch flat ribbon cable, featuring a right angle orientation for parallel PCB mounting. The housing is molded from high temperature PBT or nylon 6/6 rated UL94 V-0, with a non polarized NP design allowing flexible cable insertion. Contacts are stamped from phosphor bronze with selective gold plating of 0.4 microns on the mating area and tin on the IDC fork. Key specifications include current rating 1A per contact, contact resistance below 20 milliohms, insulation resistance above 1000 megohms, dielectric strength 500V AC, and operating temperature range from -40 to +105 degrees Celsius.
