I. A4VG Variable Displacement Piston Pump
1. Structural Features
• Swashplate-type axial piston design: Utilizes a swashplate paired with pistons for efficient hydraulic conversion.
• Closed-circuit hydrostatic transmission: Suitable for closed hydraulic systems requiring continuous pressure and flow.
• Modular design: Includes a rotating assembly (main shaft, cylinder block, pistons, port plate, etc.), swashplate section, housing, rear cover (integrated safety valve, cutoff valve, makeup relief valve, etc.), makeup pump, and control section (variable piston, control valve, etc.).
2. Functional Characteristics
• Flow and displacement: Flow is proportional to drive speed and displacement, with infinitely variable adjustment to meet diverse operating conditions.
• Flow direction: Smooth reversal of liquid flow direction is achieved by tilting the swashplate past the neutral position, enabling forward/reverse pump operation.
• Variable control: Offers multiple control methods, including manual (HW), electro-proportional (EP), hydraulic (HD), etc., for easy integration with various control and regulation systems.
• Safety protection: Safety valves are installed at both A and B high-pressure ports for system protection; these valves also integrate makeup functions to prevent system cavitation.
• Makeup and pressure cutoff: Built-in auxiliary pump serves as both makeup and control pump, with makeup pressure limited by an internal relief valve; all models feature an internal pressure cutoff valve to limit system operating pressure.

II. A4VSG Variable Displacement Piston Pump
1. Structural Features
• Similar to A4VG: Also adopts a swashplate-type axial piston design but offers a wider range of displacement options.
• No built-in auxiliary pump: Unlike A4VG, the A4VSG pump does not include an auxiliary pump; external makeup oil and control oil supply are required.
2. Functional Characteristics
• High efficiency and energy savings: By drawing control oil from the main pump circuit, the A4VSG can theoretically achieve all variable modes of open-circuit pumps, such as constant power and constant pressure control for energy efficiency.
• Large displacement and high pressure: Provides multiple displacement options with high nominal pressure ratings to meet large-flow, high-pressure hydraulic system demands.
3. Applications
• Suitable for large-flow hydraulic systems requiring advanced variable modes and energy efficiency, such as mining roadheaders, shearers, and construction machinery.

• Specialized design: The A4VTG is a dedicated pump for concrete mixer trucks, with limited displacement options.
2. Functional Characteristics
• Variable modes: Primarily features mechanical and electro-proportional control methods to meet the specific requirements of concrete mixer trucks.
• Displacement options: Only available in 71 mL/r and 90 mL/r displacements, optimized for the operating conditions of concrete mixer trucks.
3. Applications
