Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd. (IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001 certified) presents the DIN41612 Vertical Female H15 Type High Power Connector with 15 positions. This vertical receptacle is designed for high current backplane or board to board applications, featuring enlarged female contacts that provide reliable power distribution. The insulator is molded from high temperature UL94 V-0 PBT or glass filled polyester, offering excellent mechanical strength and thermal stability up to 125 degrees Celsius. Power contacts are stamped from thick gauge phosphor bronze with selective gold or silver plating on the mating area, rated up to 15A per contact. Signal contacts if present are rated 2A. Key specifications include contact resistance below 10 milliohms for power contacts, insulation resistance above 1000 megohms, dielectric strength 1500V AC, and operating temperature from -55 to +125 degrees Celsius. The vertical orientation allows direct plug in mating with a right angle male H15 plug. The product is RoHS and REACH compliant and UL recognized under E472792.

Applications include power supplies, industrial motor drives, battery management systems, telecom base stations, and railway electronics. Usage method: solder the vertical through hole tails to the PCB using wave or hand soldering. The H15 female receptacle mates with a corresponding H15 male plug, providing secure high power connection with multiple contact points. Precautions: do not exceed rated current per contact, ensure proper alignment before mating, avoid excessive insertion force. Advantages over competitors: Antenks H15 female uses a hyperboloid or tuning fork contact design for lower insertion force and higher reliability under vibration. Extra thick gold or silver plating prevents fretting corrosion. Low MOQs of 500 units with no tooling fees for standard 15 position configuration.

Production process: in house mold design, injection molding on 10 Japanese and Taiwanese machines, high speed stamping of female power contacts on 9 presses, selective gold or silver plating, automated contact insertion, 100 percent contact resistance and coplanarity inspection, dielectric and insulation testing, 48 hour salt spray test, and final QC with lot traceability.
