Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd. (IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001 certified) presents the 2.54mm Female Header Single Row S Straight Triple Contact Type with a height of 8.5mm. This precision socket features a single row of 2.54mm pitch contacts, a straight vertical orientation, and a unique triple contact design at each pin position. The triple contact geometry provides three independent spring beams per circuit, ensuring redundant electrical paths and superior vibration resistance. The insulator is molded from high temperature UL94 V-0 PBT or nylon 6/6, offering excellent dimensional stability during soldering. Contacts are stamped from phosphor bronze with selective gold plating on the mating area and pure tin on the solder tails. Key specifications include current rating 3A per contact, contact resistance below 15 milliohms, insulation resistance above 1000 megohms, dielectric strength 500V AC, and operating temperature from -40 to +105 degrees Celsius. The 8.5mm profile allows secure mating with standard 2.54mm pin headers. RoHS and REACH compliant, UL recognized under E472792.

Applications include industrial controls, medical devices, automotive electronics, test equipment, and high reliability consumer products where intermittent connection cannot be tolerated. Usage method: solder the straight through hole tails to the PCB using wave or hand soldering. Mate with a 2.54mm single row pin header; the triple contact system ensures gas tight connection. Precautions: do not exceed 3A per contact, avoid excessive mating force, verify pin alignment. This reduces the risk of open circuits under vibration or thermal cycling, outperforming standard single or dual leaf female headers. Production process: in house mold design, injection molding on 10 Japanese and Taiwanese machines, high speed stamping of triple contact terminals on 9 presses, selective gold and tin plating, automated terminal insertion, 100 percent coplanarity and contact force inspection, contact resistance and insulation tests, 48 hour salt spray test, and final QC with lot traceability.
