Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd. (IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001 certified) presents the 2.54mm Pin Header Dual Row Straight Type. This standard male header features a 2.54mm pitch, dual row configuration, and straight vertical pins, offering a universal interconnect solution for board to board or wire to board applications. The insulator is molded from high temperature UL94 V-0 PBT or nylon 6/6, providing excellent electrical insulation and mechanical stability up to 125°C. Contacts are stamped from phosphor bronze with selective gold or tin plating on the mating area, and pure tin on the solder tails. Key specifications include current rating 3A per contact, contact resistance below 20 milliohms, insulation resistance above 1000 megohms, dielectric strength 500V AC, and operating temperature from -40 to +105 degrees Celsius. The straight orientation allows perpendicular PCB mounting and easy mating with dual row female headers. RoHS and REACH compliant, UL recognized under E472792.

Applications include industrial control boards, power supplies, medical devices, automotive electronics, consumer products, and communication equipment where reliable, high density interconnections are needed. Usage method: solder the through hole tails to the PCB using wave or hand soldering. Mate with a corresponding 2.54mm dual row female header or IDC socket. The dual row design increases pin count without expanding board length. Precautions: do not exceed 3A per contact, ensure proper alignment before mating, avoid excessive insertion force. Advantages over competitors: Antenk maintains pin coplanarity within 0.05mm, ensuring uniform solder joints. The high temperature plastic withstands 260°C peak soldering. Selective gold plating guarantees stable contact resistance over 1000 mating cycles. Low MOQs of 1000 units with no tooling fees for standard pin counts.

Production process: in house mold design, injection molding on 10 Japanese and Taiwanese machines, high speed stamping of pins on 9 presses, selective gold or tin plating, automated pin insertion, 100 percent coplanarity and pin alignment inspection, contact resistance and insulation tests, 48 hour salt spray test, and final QC with lot traceability.
