The RP905HEV New Energy Paver is an advanced paving solution developed to combine powerful construction capability with energy-efficient performance. Designed for modern road construction and maintenance projects, the machine integrates hybrid-electric technology and intelligent paving control to deliver stable operation, reduced energy consumption, and consistent paving quality.

Powered by a 150 kW range extender system together with a 49.55 kWh power battery, the RP905HEV provides reliable output to meet the demanding requirements of continuous paving operations. With a basic paving width of 3.0–6.0 m, expandable to a maximum paving width of 9 m, and a maximum paving thickness of 300 mm, the machine adapts efficiently to a wide range of road construction applications.

The RP905HEV features an intelligent operating system equipped with a 10-inch LCD display, ultrasonic material level sensing, and electronic automatic leveling technology, helping operators maintain uniform paving results and improve construction precision. The screed adopts a single-vibration eccentric compaction design with DC electric heating and a hydraulic telescopic structure, supported by a four-cylinder suspension system with hydraulic height and crown adjustment functions.

To further improve paving stability and maneuverability, the left and right drive systems operate independently and utilize constant-speed automatic control technology, ensuring smoother machine movement and more consistent material distribution.
