If dust and limescale are allowed to accumulate for extended periods within the textured grooves of the patterned panels, the chemical degradation of the topcoat will accelerate, leading to the emergence of "rust spots" originating from deep within the texture. Technical Summary Production Process: It utilizes a 3T3B (Triple-coat & Triple-bake) continuous coil coating line. The diamond pattern is applied via Gravure Offset Printing between the base coat and the clear protective topcoat. Precision Slitting: To maintain pattern alignment, the slitting process requires high-precision tension control and synchronized blade positioning, ensuring width tolerances within ±0.2mm. Application: Predominantly used in architectural facades and premium appliance casing. The diamond geometry provides visual stiffness, hiding minor surface imperfections and oil canning common in flat panels.
