Surface Condition: To achieve a gold-like texture, the substrate surface must undergo passivation treatment to enhance paint adhesion. Key Application Scenarios High-end interior decoration: This is the ideal setting. It is commonly used for hotel lobby walls, ceilings, elevator interiors, and retail counters. Shielded from direct UV exposure and rain, the gold finish retains its color without fading for over 15 years. Home appliance panels: Such as side panels for high-end refrigerators and washing machines. The combination of a galvanized substrate and a textured surface lacquer provides a metallic aesthetic while effectively resisting household moisture and fingerprints. Building exteriors in mild climates: Suitable for accentuating building facades in dry, non-industrial, and non-coastal cities. A PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) coating is mandatory; otherwise, the gold finish will quickly oxidize and turn black.
