The Changpu Brand Plastic Bouffant Cap Machine (Shower Cap Machine) is specially designed for producing elastic plastic head covers, suitable for medical and cleanroom industrial applications. Constructed with a steel frame and equipped with an independent electric control cabinet, the machine enables fully automated operation—from material feeding, forming, counting, to collection—with just a single operator. It accommodates plastic film and elastic bands sized 30–40, producing 16'–21 inch single/double elastic band striped caps at a speed of 200–500 pieces per minute. The machine measures 3.8 × 0.8 × 1.1 meters, weighs approximately 0.5 tons, and has a power rating of 3 kW (380/220 V). Key features include: high stability and low failure rate; easy-to-clean stainless steel body; adjustable ultrasonic welding; interchangeable molds for flexible production of multiple specifications; electronic counting; and automatic shutdown protection in case of material or elastic breakage.
