This vertical wire to board header features a 3.96mm pitch, straight orientation, and is designed for power distribution applications requiring high current and voltage capability. The insulator is molded from UL94 V-0 rated Nylon66, offering excellent mechanical strength and flame retardancy. Contacts are stamped from brass with tin plating on the contact area. Per the attached datasheet, key specifications include current rating 7A AC/DC, voltage rating 250V AC/DC, withstanding voltage 1500V AC per minute, contact resistance 20 milliohms max, insulation resistance 1000 megohms min, and operating temperature range from -25°C to +85°C.
